If an item is received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, please call our Customer Service Department and we can provide you with a postage-paid return label and authorization.
At L&B Concepts, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered merchandize, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
- There are no refunds or cancellations on special order merchandise. Sometimes an order may take unusually long due to a backorder situation with the manufacturer. Discontinued or special order merchandise may take up to one year to ship. When an out of stock e-mail notification is sent, the order generally falls into the special order category. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding the terms of your order.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise, except for damaged goods.
- L&B Concepts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Ship eligible store purchases prepaid and insured to the store in which it was purchased and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
Gift Returns By Mail
Click here to start your gift return using the order number. An L&B Concepts Credit Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for store, online, and catalog purchases from L&B Concepts. For gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check instead of a gift card in compliance with federal law.
L&B Concepts store purchases may be returned by mail to the store in which they were purchased.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, international shipping is not available.
